Center/School Age Membership Forms
MSCCA membership is based on the Licensed capacity of each center/program. Maryland EXCELS participating members receive a discount. Please choose your form based on the type of program, the Licensed capacity of your center, and whether or not your center is a Maryland EXCELS Member.

Invoices for membership renewals will be sent out via email. If you do not receive an invoice by mid-December, please reach out to membership@mscca.org.

New members and returning members get two months of MSCCA membership for free when you renew or sign up now. You will get 14 months of MSCCA membership for the price of 12.
How Center Membership Dues Are Calculated
Centers with 34 or more children – Non-Maryland Excels Members
OCC License capacity x $5.96 = 2026 Dues
Centers with 34 or more children – Maryland Excels Members with a 10% discount
OCC License capacity x $5.32 = 2026 Dues
Centers with 33 or less children – Non-Maryland Excels Members
$131 per center
Centers with 33 or less children – Maryland Excels Members with a 10% discount
$117.90 per center
MSCCA has a MAXIMUM dues cap not to exceed $2892 should the same owner have more than 15 centers.
